Karachi: 13 passengers had been burnt to dying in a hearth in a passenger van on the Super Highway close to Nooriabad.
According to Express News, a passenger van coming from Hyderabad to Karachi met with an accident close to Nooriabad, because of which 13 passengers had been burnt to dying whereas 5 had been injured.
According to sources, the passenger van was touring on the motorway at excessive pace when it collided with an object and fell right into a ditch beneath the freeway whereas doing acrobatics, because of which the cylinder contained in the van exploded with a loud explosion. As a results of which a hearth broke out within the van and the hearth engulfed the entire van as quickly because it was seen. While 6 passengers had been burnt and injured.
The dying toll among the many passengers elevated as no rescue was discovered on the spot. Upon receiving the report, the motorway police arrived and referred to as the FWO hearth brigade which put out the hearth. Was shifted to Nooriabad Trauma Center whereas 6 injured had been shifted to Karachi.
According to the police, the reason for the accident is being investigated whereas a passenger Shah Rukh Khan, a resident of Latifabad, escaped and was shifted to Karachi. Due to the accident, the tremendous freeway was badly blocked. Was restored an hour later.
