Islamabad: Pakistan and India have exchanged lists of prisoners. There are 362 Pakistani prisoners in Indian custody out of which 62 prisoners have accomplished their sentence. Demanded launch of prisoners.
According to Express News, Pakistan and India have exchanged lists of prisoners, after which the variety of residents imprisoned within the two nations' jails has come to mild.
A Foreign Office spokesman mentioned that there are 324 Indian prisoners in Pakistan's custody, together with 270 fishermen and 54 civilian Indian prisoners, whereas there are 362 Pakistani prisoners in Indian jails, together with 265 civilians and 97 fishermen.
According to the spokesperson, 15 civilians and 47 Pakistani fishermen have accomplished their sentences in Indian jails. Pakistan calls for rapid launch of those prisoners.
He added that Pakistan has additionally demanded consular entry for its 77 civilians and 113 fishermen.
