Special Court No. 12 on the Anti-Terrorism Complex in Karachi Central Jail has dominated in a case of affiliation with a banned group and elevating funds, by which the courtroom sentenced the convict Asad Qureshi alias Maulan to a complete of 13 years imprisonment and a tremendous of Rs 50,000. Sentenced.
According to the police, the perpetrator belongs to the banned Sipah-e-Sahaba. Two donation receipt bins have been recovered from the possession of the perpetrator. The convict was financing terrorist organizations. The convict was arrested on April 29, 2020 from Liaquatabad.
