QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court has canceled the interim bail of Senator Sarfraz Bugti in a case of aiding and abetting the kidnapping of a lady little one.
Justice Abdullah Baloch of the Balochistan High Court delivered a reserved judgment on a petition searching for affirmation of bail of former Balochistan Home Minister and Balochistan Awami Party chief Senator Sarfraz Bugti in a case of aiding and abetting a lady. The court docket has revoked the interim bail of Sarfraz Bugti.
A case has been registered towards Senator Sarfraz Bugti on the energy plant police station in Quetta on the request of a girl named Yasmeen Akhtar. Yasmeen Akhtar claims that on December 7, 2019, her 10-year-old granddaughter Maria Ali was taken to the Family Court in Quetta to be reunited along with her father, Tawakal Ali Bugti, however Tawakal kidnapped Maria. Following Tawakkul, it was found that he had taken his Maria to Sarfraz Bugti's home in Kent.
The Sessions Court had ordered the arrest of Senator Sarfraz Bugti on this case on which Sarfraz Bugti had approached the Supreme Court.
