Waqar Al-Hassan, the primary accused within the motorway abuse case, appeared earlier than the police.
According to Express News, Waqarul Hassan, the primary accused of raping a girl on the motorway, appeared in CIA Model Town himself, nonetheless, the accused has denied any wrongdoing.
CIA police say the accused Waqar is from Sheikhupura, and he has said that he has nothing to do with the incident.
