FIA arrests Patwari for taking bribe (picture, file)
Lahore: Patwari of Abandoned Waqf Property Board was caught pink handed by FIA whereas taking bribe.
According to the small print, Patwari Muhammad Safdar was arrested for taking bribe of 1 lakh rupees. According to sources, the FIA performed a raid together with the Justice of the Peace on the request of petitioner Muhammad Arshad.
Sources say that Patwari took bribe from the petitioner in return for allotment of ETPB lands. Further investigation has been began by registering a case towards the accused.
